Marian Elaine Stuart, 75, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, at UPMC Hamot. She was born on January 4, 1951, in Lancaster, PA, to the late Frances and Christ Simonsen.

Marian married her late husband, David E. Stuart, on October 6, 1971. He preceded her in death in 1990.

She graduated from Warren Area High School in 1969. Marian was a simple woman; she did not need or want much and was very content with her life. She was friendly to everybody. She enjoyed sitting on her porch and chatting with her neighbors. She loved word searches, watching Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. She also liked to drive around town in her car. Most of all, she loved her family. She never missed her grandchildren’s events. Her favorite season was summer, because she enjoyed watching her son and grandchildren in the ball fields.

Marian is survived by her children, Dave (Carissa) Stuart and Traci Stuart, and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Alana, Tanner, Kyler, and Zac.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marian was preceded in death by her infant grandchildren, Conner and Karlee, and her brothers, Paul and Raymond.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. A celebration of life for Marian will be announced when arrangements are finalized.

Interment will take place at Warren County Memorial Park.
