Obituary

Marcella R. Dalrymple, 90, of Warren, passed away, after a brief illness, on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at the Hospice House. Marcella was born on April 29, 1928, in Sheffield, to the late Leonard and Ariel (Weiser) Henry. She was a 1945 graduate of Sheffield High School. Marcella was employed at New Process, where she worked for twenty-four years, before retiring in 1988. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and reading. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Marcella is survived by her children, Ronnieann (Doug) Walters, Bonnie (John) Sidon; 8 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. Dalrymple; her son, Gary Dalrymple; her infant daughter; her siblings, Leonard "Sonny" Henry, Nancy (Dennis) Boardman, Marian Eschenbach, and Donna Miller; and her special friend, Frank Moore. Friends will be received from 11 am – 1 pm on Monday March 4, 2019 at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E. Warren, PA 16365 a funeral service will follow at 1 pm, Rev. Marcus Briggs, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Warren County Memorial Park. It has been requested that memorial donations be given to the Warren Public Library, 205 Market St, Warren, PA 16365 or to the John and Orpha Blair Hospice House, 1 Main Ave. Warren, PA 16365.
