Lynne P. "Patsy" Fisher, 80, of Meadow Lane, Warren, Pa. passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012, at the Warren General Hospital.

Patsy was born December 23, 1931, in Warren, Pa., the daughter of the late Leonhart and Doris Snelding Andersen.  She was a lifelong area resident, and a 1949 graduate of Warren High School.  She then attended Millard-Fillmore School of Nursing in Buffalo, NY, receiving her Registered Nurse's Degree.  She worked as a Registered Nurse at Warren General Hospital for many years, then at Sylvania as a company nurse, and then the Warren State Hospital for 25 years, from which she retired.  She was a member of the North Warren Presbyterian Church.  Patsy enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren, and her dog, Lexi.

Patsy is survived by a daughter, Stacy Cook, and husband, Wayne, Russell, Pa., son, Steven Fisher, and wife, Christine, Erie, Pa.; one sister, Emilie Rossman, and husband, "Gus," Warren, Pa.; two brothers, John Andersen, and wife, Wendy, Warren, Pa., and her Ronald Andersen, and wife, Bodil, Jupiter, FL; four grandchildren, Jordan Cook, Rachael Fisher-Smith, and husband, Brian, Kresten and Corey Fisher; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at which time a memorial service will be held, with Rev. Neil Seifert, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Warren County, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365, or the Warren County Humane Society, 212 Elm Street, Warren, PA 16365.
