Lois E. Lewis, 89, of Thompson Hill Rd., Russell, PA, died at 2:33am on March 19, 2023. Lois was born on March 27, 1933, in Warren, the daughter of the late Marshall and Esther Jennings. Lois loved tending to the many flowers that she grew, enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, hunting, putting jigsaw puzzles together, and crocheting Barbie doll clothes. She was a nurse's aid at Warren State Hospital for 26 years, where she retired. She was also a member of the Lander Methodist Church. Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Daniel P. Lewis; sisters, Judy Moffit, Louisa Thomas, Dorothy Morgan, and Mary Hodges; brothers, Frederick Jennings, and Floyd Jennings. Lois is survived by her children, Barbara Lewis, Beverly Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Terry Lewis, and Ronald Lewis; several grandchildren, and great grandchildren; sisters, Martha Hornstrom, Linda Griswold, and Shirley Williams. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc, 1003 Penna Ave. E., Warren, PA, on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 4:00 to 6:00pm, at which time a funeral service will be held with Rev.
