Linda L. (Dexter) Hall, 78, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital. Linda was born June 23, 1947, in Collins, NY, the daughter of the late Maynard L. and Alice R. (Wright) Dexter and late step-mother Mary L. (Wall) Dexter. She graduated from Eisenhower High School and spent most of her life in and around Russell, PA before moving to Ohioville, Beaver County, PA. Growing up, she was a bit of a wild child and was active in hunting, fishing, softball, bowling, horseshoes, and horses. She had a special gift with animals and the rare ability to talk to anyone. She loved her family deeply. She loved animals of all sorts, the color blue, smell of roses and lilacs, nature, music and dancing. Linda is survived by her sons: Terry Dexter of Antioch, TN, Brian Hall and wife Laura of Pittsburgh, and Andy Hall and his wife Julie of Pittsburgh; as well as 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her husband James Francis Hall; daughter Tammy Morris; and four sisters. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am, at which time a funeral service will be held there with Reverend Bay Allen, Russell United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA.
