Kevin Andrew Carl Thomas Donovall, 12, of Warren, was called home to his Heavenly Father on June 1, 2013, following a short illness. Kevin is remembered by all who met and knew him as the boy with the most beautiful smile, who could light up a room. Kevin's laugher was so very contagious. Christmas was Kevin's favorite time of the year as he shared his birthday with his Savior, Jesus, on December 24, 2000.

Kevin was an avid Pittsburgh fan, no matter the season, he was cheering on his teams. Kevin has a front row seat to watch the Penguins take the Stanley Cup. Kevin was an active member at Calvary Baptist Church where he worshipped with his church family. Kevin enjoyed his friends and school family at Warren Area Elementary School and found a very special friend in his class. Kevin enjoyed traveling and loved nothing better than spending time in Indiana with his aunt and uncle, visiting with Grammy in Burgettstown, or Mechanicsburg with his niece and nephew. One very memorable trip was his Make-A-Wish trip to Disney Land (CA) and surprising Uncle Ron in Nevada. Teasing his family members always led to many laughs- Geoff with his pointing and backpack, raising his fist at Traci when she tapped his forehead, Dad when he was getting "lovings" from Mom, sharing secrets with Adam, and Momma's kissing his clean feet. Kevin's favorite movies were Nemo and Cars. Kevin's hobbies were reading, checking out people's hair, and flirting with women of all ages. Recently Kevin was recognized by his teacher for his bright smile, hard work, and cooperation in class.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Karen and Leo Donovall; sister, Traci; brothers Rick, Mechanicsburg, Geoff, and Adam of Warren; grandmother, Dorothy, Burgettstown, PA;  sister-in-law, Sara, niece, Abby and nephew, Nicholas from Mechanicsburg, PA; Aunt, Janine Knuutila IN, Uncle, Ken Knuutila,  Ron and Sheri Knuutila, NV, Wayne and Margie Knuutila, VA, David and Kristina Knuutila, WV, Cheryl and Mike Wilt, OH, Dave and Cindy Donovall, WV; several cousins; pet dog, Allea, cat, Kennedy, and turtle, Strider.

Kevin was greeted in heaven by his Lord and Savior, Jesus; brother, Greggory Donovall, Warren; grandparents, Ron and Joyce Knuutila, OH, Leo R. Donovall, Sr., PA; and cousin, Dougie Knuutila, WV.

Friends will be received at Calvary Baptist Church, 445 Conewango Avenue, Warren on Thursday, June 6, from 4 to 8 p.m., and for one hour prior to Kevin's homecoming service and celebration of life on Friday, June 7 at 11 a.m., officiated by members of the Calvary Church family. The family encourages friends to wear a green shirt in honor of Kevin, as it was his favorite color.

Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA.
