Kenneth Eugene "Moose" Osgood, 76, of Clarendon, died Thursday, November 3, 2016, at his home.  Mr. Osgood was born December 11, 1939, in Warren, PA. He was the son of the late Margaret Osgood Arp.

He was employed by the McMillen Lumber Company, from which he retired.  He enjoyed the outdoors, his family and his grandchildren.

He is survived by one daughter, Victoria Flick (Clarence Mott, Sr.), of Clarendon; five grandchildren, Victoria Mott (Steven Pierce), William Mott (Shanija), Angel Phelps (Joseph Morehead), Leroy Phelps and Heather Snyder (Randy); and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mabel and Joseph Albaugh, who raised him; and grandson, Clarence Mott, II.
