Kenneth L. Dunham, age 67, of Scandia, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at home in Scandia, where he and his family have resided for forty-one years. Kenny was born August 28, 1950 in Warren, PA, the son of the late Lewis H. and Mary E. (Carr) Dunham. A lifelong area resident, Kenny was a 1968 graduate of Warren High School, and then attended Williamsport Community College for two years. He then worked at the Warren county Dairy, Smith Buick Olds, Deluxe Metal and then as a Machinist at the National Forge Company for thirty-two years, from which he retired. Kenny ejoyed the outdoors. He loved the Hodge Run, where he spent countless time hunting deer, and he really loved to hunt turkeys. He enjoyed camping and ridng dirt bikes. He was a former member of the Scandia Volunteer Fire Department, and an active member of the Scandia Covenant Church. Kenny was a loving husband, father, and a very proud grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Susan M. (Mosher) Dunham; three daughters, Jennifer Downing and her husband, Jeff, of Kansas City, MO.,Lori Nimmon and her husband Dan, of Mountville, PA; and Julie Woods, of Warren; two brothers, his twin brother Keith Dunham and his wife Lynn, of Tiona, and brother Craig Dunham, of Warren; two grandsons, Jackson and Connor; and three granddaughters, Victoria, Jillian, and Chloe; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. In addition to Kenny's parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Fred Dunham in 2012, and by an infant sister, Mary Lou Dunham. Friends will be received at the Scandia Covenant Church on Thursday, May 3, 2018, from 4-6 pm, at which time a memorial service will be held there with Rev. Jon Meyer, pastor, officiating. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Scandia Covenant Church 18 Peterson Road, Russell, PA, 16345, or the Scandia Volunteer Fire Department, 5950 Scandia Road, Russell, PA 16345.
