Kathy M. Banks, 58, of Warren, Pa passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Kinzua Valley Healthcare and Rehab after a brief illness. Kathy was born in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania on June 25, 1962. The daughter of the late LeRoy G. Markert and Kay Y. Markert of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Surviving in addition to her mother are: fiancé Doug Flinspach of Warren , Pa. three sons Michael Gialloreto, Jeremei and Joshua Banks, four grandchildren and one sister Kerri J.
