Justin David Baxter , 37 , of Warren Pa. who now resides with our Lord Jesus Christ  , died Monday February 10th 2014 .

He was born October 2nd  1976in Warren , PA, the son of the late John Quiggle Jr. and Lynda Baxter of Warren, PA. Justin was a 1995 graduate of Tidioute High School. He was  member of The First Church of the Nazarene and was attributed for sponsoring  the Overcomer Outreach Program .  Justin researched and studied   Quantum Physics with a passion shadowed only by his love for Jesus Christ and the love of his beautiful children.  He was a man who touched many lives, and was always willing to help others.

He is survived by his mother Lynda Baxter; two daughters, Courtney and Ashley Baxter; two sons, Justin and Dylan Baxter, all of Warren, PA; two sisters, Jessica (Don) Fileger, Nicole (Tony ) Donato,; one brother, Scott(Kelly) Baxter; all of Warren; two step sisters, Amy and Jerri Linn Quiggle; three step brothers, A.J., Curtis, and Jordan Quiggle; all of Warren; and his step father, David Baxter, Warren.

Friends will be received at the First Church of the Nazarene, 907 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, PA. 16365 on Thursday, February 13, from 12 noon until 2:00 pm, at which time a funeral service will be held there, with Rev. Dr. G.A. Hankins, officiating.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Overcomer Outreach Program at the First Church of the Nazarene.
