Judy L. Tyler, 67, of Youngsville, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017, at the Rouse Home.  Judy was born November 29, 1949, in Warren, PA. She is the daughter of the late George and Esther Louise (Munch) Warr.

Judy was a 1967 graduate of Warren Area High School.  Following graduation, Judy lived and worked in Illinois as a flight stewardess. She then returned to Warren and had worked for K-Mart, from which she retired after over 20 years.  She loved working with crafts—painting and coloring; cooking and baking; and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas R. Tyler, of Youngsville; three children, Jennifer Winsor, and husband, John, of Burlington, VT, John Krueger, and wife, Nichole, of Warren, and Krystal Tyler, also of Warren; one step-daughter, Debbie Tyler, of Warren; four grandchildren, Abigail Krueger, Isabelle Winsor, Grant Winsor, and Austin Tower; brother-in-law, Charles Fetzeck, Sr., of Warren; aunt, Dorothy Krogler, of Warren; her good friend, Lindsay Wise, of Russell; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Fetzeck; and infant sister, Nancy Lou Warr.

Friends will be received at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Monday, November 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at which time a funeral service will be held there, with Rev. Marcus Briggs, chaplain, Rouse Home, officiating.  Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
