Judith "Judy" Ann Howard passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the age of 78. She was born February 22nd, 1943, in Warren, PA, a daughter of the late William and Julia Taylor. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Clifford Howard, and lovingly remembered by her sister Nancy, children Christopher, Heather, and Kimberly, grandchildren Donny and Amber, great-grandchildren Connor and Cole, and her best friend and beloved dog Zoey. Judy was a Warren resident for most of her life, where she and Clifford raised their three children for many years. The pair recently moved to Youngstown, OH to be closer to their son Christopher, who was and is as devoted to his mother as she was to him all of her life; raising him was her greatest joy. Friends and family will be received on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, PA from 11 am until 1 pm, at which time a funeral service will be held with Rev. Bill Beaty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Covid restrictions will apply.
