Joyce E. Johnson, 76, of Russell, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at her home. Joyce was born on January 6, 1943, in her home in Akeley. She is the daughter of the late Lynn Sears and Louise Johnson. Joyce was a 1960 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a member of the Wiltsie Community Church. She enjoyed gardening and working with flowers. She adored her faithful canine companions, Abby and Lucy. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her four children, Jeffrey (Shawnee) Territo, of Jamestown, NY, Jodi (John) Strandburg, of Waterboro, ME, Julie (David) Swanson of Ellington, NY and Joseph (Debi) Territo, of Charlotte, NC; her sisters, Helen (Chuck) Fiorella, of Jamestown, NY, Luella (Kenneth) Strickland, of Jamestown, NY, Carol Munson, of Warren, PA, and Joan Fitch, of Akeley, PA; eleven grandchildren, Andrew Territo, Jennifer Territo, Jillian Truver, Danielle Gannett, David Strandburg, Johnny Strandburg, Keera Hammond, Kylah Newhouse, Kalynn Swanson, Karlie Swanson and Victoria Territo; four great-grandsons and seven great-grandaughters. In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Fletcher H. Johnson. Friends will be received from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, PA 16365. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11 am, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, PA 16365. Interment will take place at Hale Cemetery. The family would like to thank Joyce's cousin, Timmy Carlson for all the love and support he gave to her.
