Joyce A. Clark, 91, of Warren, died Monday, August 15, 2016, at Golden Living -Kinzua Valley.  Joyce was born July 11, 1925, in Warren, PA. She was the daughter of the late Siegfried and Lavina (Wenzel) Anderson.

Joyce was a 1943 graduate of Warren High School.  She had been employed for a brief time at the New Process Company.  But primarily, Joyce worked for the Bell Telephone Company as an operator, and later while living in Florida she was a benefits clerk at AT&T from which she retired.  Joyce was a member of the First United Methodist Church.  She was a Senior Regent of Moose Lodge 109, and enjoyed reading and gardening.

She is survived by one son, Stephen Bell, of Lake Worth, FL; two step children, Sherry Johnson, and husband, Herb, and Norris Clark, both of Warren; two sisters, Shirley Hoden and LaVonne Saber, also of Warren;  two step-sisters, Betty Stewart, of Warren, and Carole Kinney, and husband, David, of FL; two grandchildren, Lindsay Bell McGlynn, and husband, Matthew, of Lake Worth, FL, and Christopher Bell, of Miami, FL; three step-grandchildren, Scott Pickering, and wife, Karen, and Rachel and Emily Kephart; and six step-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death on March 9, 1999, by her husband, Gifford N. Clark, whom she married June 28, 1969, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; two step-sons, Ross and Karl Clark; one step-daughter, Karen Kephart; one brother, Chester Anderson; and one infant brother, Harold Anderson.

A graveside service at Oakland Cemetery will be announced in spring of 2017.
