Joy M. Olney, 68, a lifelong resident of Warren, PA, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022, at her residence. Joy was born on August 31, 1953, in Kane, PA, the daughter of the late Marshall Stanton and Rita Puet Stanton. Joy was a homemaker and grew up in Kinzua and enjoyed reading, music, animals, and especially her family and friends. Joy is survived by her nephews Robert S. Stanton of Warren, PA, Kevin C. Stanton of Youngsville, PA, and John E. Stanton of Irvine, PA; mother-in-law Elaine Olney, who was her constant companion and caregiver during the last few years of Joy's life; sister-in-law Susan Toombs and husband Ray; and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joy is preceded in death by her husband, David R. Olney; brother Dean Stanton; and father-in-law Richard W. Olney.
