JoAnn Mott Fisher, 53, of Warren, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Warren General Hospital. JoAnn was born on March 23, 1966, in Titusville, to the late Paul and Mary (Sellen) Mott. JoAnn worked as a Nursing Aid for several years. She is survived by her children, Dustin Sullivan, of Warren, Cody Sullivan, of Gowanda, NY, Jeffery Sullivan, of Wellsville, NY, and James Fisher, of FL; her companion and fiancé, Jeffery Dobbs, of Warren; her siblings, Valerie (Vincent) Macalush, of Tiona, Joesph Mott, of Warren, Clarence (Vicki) Mott, of Clarendon, David (Paulette) Mott, of Sheffield, Carol Johnson, of Warren, Paula Mott, of Bellefonte, Robert (Kris) Mott, of Warren, and Roseann Crum, of NC; along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be announced at a later date. The family has requested memorial contributions be made to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E Warren, PA 16365, to offset funeral expenses.
