James V. Ruhlman, 78, of Warren, Pa. passed away Wednesday November 18, 2020 at the Warren Manor. Jim was born on February 1, 1942 in Warren, PA, the son of the late Gerald P. and Mildred Louise Johnson Ruhlman. He was a 1959 graduate of the Warren High School and then served four years in the US Navy. He was a Warren City Police Officer for many years, from which he retired. Jim enjoyed his boat and loved building and flying model airplanes. He is survived by his daughter Kristian Scheuar of Providence, R.I.; a son, Scott Ruhlman of Providence, R.I.; his brother Daniel Ruhlman of Warren, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
