James “Jim” B. Koerner, 82, of Warren passed away on October 19, 2026. Jim was born July 3, 1944, in Butler, PA, to Joseph and Lillian Koerner. Jim graduated high school before joining the workforce at the Steel Mills, later at A.R.C Enterprises, Inc. as a Procurement and Placement Specialist.

Jim was of the Catholic Faith. He loved the Warren community and living near the woods. He was an avid supporter of the emergency response teams in the area. Jim enjoyed spending time in the woods, hunting but more importantly enjoying the outdoors.

Jim is survived by his children, Kim (Donny) Utterback; Jolene (Chris) Melton; and James “Jimmy” (Julie) Koerner. Jim is survived by multiple grandchildren as well as his Brother Ted (Carol) Koerner and his sister Cindy Reichenbacher.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Pennsylvania Ave E. Warren, PA 16365. Friends and family are welcomed for a time of visitation from 10AM-12PM on Sunday, October 25, 2026, with a funeral service to follow.
