Irene Steffan, 91, of Warren, passed away on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 at Warren Manor. Irene was born on February 18, 1928, to the late Paul Steffan and Suzanna (Bercik) Steffan. Irene was the youngest of ten children in her family. She lived in Sheffield, Pennsylvania her entire life. Irene attended school in Sheffield. After high school, she worked at the New Process (Blair Corporation) in Warren, PA and Stackpole in Kane, PA for many years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Sheffield. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by three her brothers, John Steffan, Michael Steffan, and George Steffan; her six sisters, Mary Bires, Elizabeth Gomola, Sue Elinski, Ann Foti, Margaret Smathers, and Helen Fitgerald. The family has requested no public services.
