Irene D. Fiscus, 76, of Russell, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019, at the Rouse Home. Irene was born on August 22, 1943, in Jamestown, PA, to the late Theodore and Edna (Morse) Dunn. Irene was a stay at home mother and adored caring for her family. She loved hosting family gatherings and picnics. Irene is survived by her children, Timothy (Marina) Childs, of St. Mary's, PA, Michael Childs, of Sheffield, Scott Childs, of Russell, Jamie (Jessica) Childs, of Warren, Kevin (Kim) Childs, of Youngsville, Larry (Christina) Childs Jr., of Russell and Lori Childs-Wiedmaier, of Sugar Grove; her sister, Debbie Dunn, of Russell; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Irene is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Fiscus; her sisters, Beverly Arp, Virginia Peterson and Marilyn Jones; and her infant son, Jeffrey Childs. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, Decemeber 8, 2019, at the Cable Hollow Community Church, 3157 Cable Hollow Rd, Russell, PA 16345, with Rev. Alan Jones, pastor, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be given to the Cable Hollow Community Church, 3157 Cable Hollow Rd, Russell, PA 16345.
