Hadley J. Johnson, 1, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026. She was the daughter of Trista (John) OHarah and Drake Johnson. She was born in Warren, PA, on June 1, 2025.

She enjoyed eating hot dogs, playing with her brother Cohen, getting dirty, and just running around.

Hadley is survived by her mother, Trista (John) OHarah, her father, Drake Johnson; sister, Wrenlee OHarah; maternal grandparents, April and Josiah Wilson; paternal grandparents, Jamie McManigle (Keith Fedorchick) and Daniel Johnson (Cindy Lithgow); and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Jay Holliday, maternal cousin, Tyler Confer; paternal great-uncle, Dillon Edwards, and many more.

Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family with their loss. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Youngsville Fire Hall, 29 Fireman Dr, Youngsville, PA, 16371, on Saturday, September 29, starting at 2pm.
