Edward Kraemer, 72, of Warren, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his residence.
He was born on January 2, 1954, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Albert and Veronica Kraemer.
He honorably and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant for 20 years, and as a machinist. After discharge, he worked for Loranger International Corporation in Warren as a machinist. Edward was a member of the Warren American Legion Post 135. He enjoyed listening to live bands, so he liked to go to the legion on band nights. He liked to watch movies, especially military, war, and westerns. His children fondly remember him enjoying dancing with his late wife, Geraldine. Edward loved to be a papa to his grandchildren and was active in their lives.
Edward is survived by his children, Heath (Jodie Brean), Craig Kraemer, Natasha Kraemer, Veronica (Nikita Crowley) Sterling; 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and his sisters, Barbara Muselli and Virginia “Ginny” Whitty.
In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine (Cassatt) Kraemer, his sister, Patricia Bruno, and brother, Jim Kraemer.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, October 8, from 12pm-2pm, with a funeral service to be held at 2pm.
A graveside inurnment service will take place at 11am on Monday, October 12, at Warren County Memorial Park with full military honors presented by the Youngsville American Legion Post 658.
