Obituary

Edward F. Grosch, 74, formerly of Shipmans Eddy, Warren, PA, passed away Friday, May 26, 2017, following a lengthy illness at Snyder Memorial Home.  Edward was born September 11, 1942, in Warren, PA. He was the son of the late Paul C. and Mary Jane (Fladry) Grosch.


Edward was a 1960 graduate of Warren High School.  He served in the US Air Force for 7 years as a Weapons Supervisor, where he spent time in Vietnam and the Philippines.  Upon returning to the area, he worked for Penelec for 34 years, retiring as the Seneca Power Plant Operator.  He was a member of the Clarendon Veteran's Club, where he remained active until his health no longer allowed.  Edward enjoyed spending time outdoors, his guns, and riding his four-wheeler on Hemlock Road.


He is survived by his brother, Jim Grosh, and wife, Roxanne, of Warren, PA.


Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
