Dru Alan Holmquist, 58, of Havertown, PA, and formerly of Warren, PA, passed away following a lengthy illness on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dru was born October 4, 1966, in Jamestown, NY, the son of Joyce M. (Blum) Font and stepfather, Jeffrey J. Font, who survives. He was a 1984 graduate of Warren Area High School and then received an Associate Degree from Penn Tech College in Williamsport, PA. Dru enjoyed music, playing his guitars, riding his motorcycle, shooting and carpentry. In addition to his parents, Dru is survived by his companion, Christin DeMario of Havertown, PA; Sister, Danna (Holmquist) DiSylvestro of Philadelphia; Uncle and Aunt, James and Martha Seely of Jamestown, NY; Aunt, Sally Blum of Cleveland, OH; Niece, Paige Gailey of Conshohocken, PA; and Nephew, Brandon Gailey and wife Ivy of Conshohocken, PA. Dru was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Harry and Margaret Blum; and Uncle, Art Blum. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna.
