Dorothy Evelyn Grose, 85, currently of 310 Liberty Street, and formerly of 108 Oak Street, Warren, Warren, died Thursday, December 15, 2016, following a brief stay at Warren General Hospital.  Dorothy was born January 14, 1931, in Uniontown, PA. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Florence (McEldowney) Hoff.

Dorothy had worked in retail and various factories—locally she had worked at Jamesway.  She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, and loved crafting, crocheting, and Disney movies.  She enjoyed traveling with her daughters, and had her dream vacation last summer to MA.

She is survived by children, Pamela Head, of Youngsville, Robert Middleton, and wife, Connie, of New Smyrna, FL, and Sandra Wood, and husband, Peter, of Cape Cod, MA; six grandchildren, Robert Middleton, Jr., Michelle Wilcox, and husband, Bradley, Jessie Skolmowski, and husband, Josh, Michael Head, Randie Wood, and Jaimie Wood; and three great-grandchildren, Samantha Head, Eliana Skolmowski, and Skylar Wood.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Reinard; five siblings, John Wilson, Arthur Wilson, Emma Wilson, Jean Hoff, and George "Tom" Hoff; and sister-in-law, Peggy Hoff.

Friends will be received on Monday, December 19, at Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at which time, a funeral service will be held there, with Pastor Chip Northup, Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
