Donna Lou Nelson Smith, 92, of Warren, PA, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Donna was born September 17, 1932, in Warren, the daughter of the late Delmore and Edith Hornstrom Nelson. She was a 1950 graduate of Warren High School was employed at New Process for 30 years. Donna will be remembered as loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Donna is survived by her husband of 72 years, Richard Elton Smith Sr.; three children, Richard E. Smith and wife Diane of Warren, Debra Seleni and husband Jerry of Tupper Lake, NY, and Dani Smith of Warren; four grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her two grandsons, Kyle Seleni, and Justin Smith; brother, Robert Nelson; sister, Marjorie Larson; and daughter-in-law, Kristine Smith.
