Devona Stuart Ducharme, 63, of Six Mile Road, Tiona, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Warren General Hospital of Warren, PA. Devona was born November 2, 1953 in Warren, PA. She is the daughter of the late Eugene L and Shirley E. (Patton) Shine, who survives. A lifelong area resident, Devona was a 1971 graduate of Warren Area High School. She was employed at the Warren General Hospital in Medical Records, and was previously employed at Community Eye Care, and for Dr. Balmer, in records. Devona was also an EMT with the Sugar Grove VFD, and the Corry Ambulance Service. Devona also shared her skills as a volunteer at the Band Aid Barn at the Warren County Fair. Devona was one to always help others, loved her family, and especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her mother Shirley E. (Patton) Shine; three daughters, Sue Stuart, Starbrick, Mattie Knight, Corry, PA, and Samantha Stuart, and her companion Will Vibbert Jr.; four brothers, Arthur W. Shine, Russell, PA, Robert L. Shine and wife Julie, Carson City, NV; Thomas E. Shine, Lewis Run, PA, and Colin D. Shine, Tiona, PA; two grandchildren, Haleigh Stuart, and Kenneth Stuart and wife Nikki, Upper Marlboro, MD; and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, PA, 16365 on Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 2 to 4 pm, at which time a memorial service, with Rev. James Gutting, pastor, Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, officiating.
