Dennis Howard Arp, 83, of Russell, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the Warren Manor. Dennis was born February 23, 1942, in Warren, the son of Charlie and Velma Arp.

He graduated from Eisenhower High School and served in the U.S. Navy Seabees from 1960-1964 during peacetime. He was employed as an electrician at Heritage Nursing Homes from which he retired. Dennis was a member of the Good News Community Church, the American Legion Frewsburg. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family and grandkids. Dennis is survived by his children, Dennis Arp and wife Lori of Russell and Michelle Chamberlain and husband Gary of Jamestown, NY; four grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Courtney, and Jesse; two great grandchildren, Troy and Caden; siblings, Claudia Barr, Curtis Arp, Katherine Arp, and Coral Hoover.

Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, at which time a funeral service will be held there with Reverend Larry Condron, pastor, Good News Community Church, officiating.
