Delsie M. Wingard, 88, of Warren, and former resident of Bradford, PA, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the Warren Manor. Delsie was born March 18, 1937, in Bradford, the daughter of the late James Franklin and Lucinda (Kline) Weaver. She graduated from Bradford High School. She was employed at GG Greene Estate as a Machine operator. Delsie was a member of the Faith Fellowship Church of God. Delsie is survived by her children, Clifford Wingard of Warren, Donald Wingard and wife Lisa of Dubois, and Patricia Lyon and husband Steve of Sheffield; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jane Buchanan of Jacksonville, NC, Helen Miller of Lewis Run, PA, Linda Barrett and husband Jim of Lewis Run, PA, and Norma Lee of Bradford; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Delsie was preceded in death on August 8, 1989, by her husband, H. James Wingard, whom she married on August 31, 1957; two sons, James L. Wingard and Robert Wingard; sisters, Ethel Gould, Shirley Confer, Pearl Sloan, Aletta Buchanan, and Martha Bailey; and two brothers, Jacob Weaver and Jim Weaver. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, at which time a funeral service will be held there with Reverend Dorothy Hilliard, pastor, Faith Fellowship Church of God, officiating.
