Debra "Debbie" Ann White Passinger, 74, of Russell, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, into the loving arms of Jesus at the Warren Manor. Debbie was born on August 6, 1951, to the late Harry and Frances White of Lander, PA. Debbie was a 1969 graduate of Eisenhower High School. She married Dave Passinger on October 10, 1970, and they made their home in Russell, PA. They have three daughters, Jennifer (Steve) Kilburn of Busti, NY, Christy (DeWayne) Moore of Russell, PA, and Stephanie (Josh) Russell of Warsaw, NY. Debbie has eight grandchildren that she adored and would do anything for them, Chelsea Kilburn Ricci, Micah Mocny, Isaac Mocny, Serenity Moore, Eli Russell, Josiah Russell, Gibson Russell, and Selah Russell, and a 9th, Nico Ricci, Chelsea's husband, whom she called her grandson as well. Debbie is survived by her husband, Dave Passinger; brothers, Todd (Sue) White of Lander and Randy (Lisa) White of Lander; sisters, Barb (David) Clark of Sugar Grove and Paula (Michael) Roney of Warren. Debbie worked at the Bell Telephone Company as an operator, and at Warren General Hospital as well, as a switchboard operator and in the billing department. She was also her husband's favorite secretary for 51 years doing book work and contracts for Dave Passinger's Home Improvement. Debbie loved the Lord with all her heart expressing her faith to all. She had no enemies. She would always find the good in every person. Debbie taught Bible study to the 4th,5th, and 6th graders at Cable Hollow Church for many years and then found Praise! Fellowship of Russell to be her home for the last 31 years. Debbie was very talented in crafts, tatting, and in making greeting cards. She was known for her tatted angels and snowflakes. For many years, she had a yearly tradition of sending all of Dave's customers Christmas cards with tatted treasures that she lovingly created for them. Debbie authored a book titled, Tatted Angels and More. Debbie will be sadly missed by many. Visiting hours for Debbie will be at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and for one hour prior to a funeral service that will be held at Praise! Fellowship, 7451 Market St., Russell, PA, at 11:00am, on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with Pastor Jordan Spencer, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. In honoring Debbie's memory, the family finds peace in knowing she is now healed and whole rejoicing in Heaven. Her life and legacy will live on in the lives of all who knew her.
