Darcey Lynn Colvin, 55, of Oak St., Warren, PA, died on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at her residence, following a lengthy illness.

Darcey was born November 6, 1959, in Warren, the daughter of Janet Highhouse Eastman of Warren, and the late Carl R. Eastman.

Darcey was lifelong Warren resident, and a graduate of  Warren Area High School.  She attended the Edinboro University, and was later employed at Solar Electric, the Warren Public Library, the Warren County Head Start Program, and at the Warren County Historical Society.  She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, located in Stoneham, PA.

Darcey loved swimming, she enjoyed crafting, sewing, was known for her cooking and baking talents, and liked crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed her family, and will be fondly remembered by many for her sense of humor.

In addition to her mother Janet, of Warren, she is survived by three children, Erin Eastman-Sullivan (James), of Warren, Aimee Colvin, Warren, and Carlie Colvin, Warren; a brother, Ian Eastman ( Tara), Jamestown, NY; an uncle, Clarence Gordon, Arkansas; an aunt, Doris Burgett, Idaho; a "special" aunt, Barbara Bonavita, Warren; one grandson, Elias Eastman; one step-grandson, Daniel Sullivan; a niece, Heather Eastman; one nephew, Nigel Eastman; a great nephew, Owen Eastman Jr.; and her former husband, J.R. Colvin.

She was preceded in death by her father Carl, and a brother, Carl R. Eastman Jr.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the Warren Eagles Club Reception Hall, at 5:30 pm. Rev. Frank Lanza, pastor, First Assembly of God, will offer a prayer service.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
