Cynthia Jean Durlin, 51, of 35800 Route 6, Pittsfield, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center following an extended illness.

Cynthia was born May 15, 1960, in Warren, the daughter of the late Robert Zobrist and Hazel Campbell Zobrist, Warren. A lifelong area resident, Cynthia was a 1978 graduate of Eisenhower High School. She was employed as a waitress at the Pizza Hut in Corry, the Brokenstraw Inn, and the Columbus Inn. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring daughter, wife, mother, sister, and a friend to many.

In addition to her mother, Cynthia is survived by her Husband Dennis A. Durlin, Pittsfield, PA., whom she married on December 31, 1993; son, Mark Benton, Youngsville, PA., son, Jesse Durlin, Orlando, FL, daughter, Chelsie Dell and her husband Colby, Edinboro, PA., brother, Robert Zobrist and his wife Donna, Ellenboro, NC.; sister, Louella Zobrist, Russell, PA.; and a granddaughter, Emma A. Weller.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister, Carol Zobrist.

Friends will be received at the Peterson - Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Wednesday, April 11, from, 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held there on Thursday, April 12, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Rick Rohlin, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
