Cynthia Lynn Bair, 67, a lifelong area resident of Warren, PA, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA. Cindy was born December 26, 1956, in Warren, the daughter of the late David "Moose" R. Larsen and Lena S. Stilley Larsen. She graduated from Warren Area High School. Cindy was employed as a C.N.A. at Warren Manor from which she retired. She was also a bingo caller at the Eagles Club. Cindy was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, the Eagle's Ladies Auxiliary, and the American Legion Post #135. She enjoyed baking, crocheting, camping, reading, and was a NASCAR fan and an avid Cleveland Browns fan. She was especially committed and devoted to her family and friends. Cindy is survived by her husband, David E. Bair, whom she married on June 20, 1987; daughter, Jeri Sue Grubbs and husband Richard of Warren, step- daughter, Jodie Crandall and husband Brad of Gonzales, LA; grandchildren, David L. Grubbs, Bradie Crandall, Jacie Crandall, Jocelynne Crandall, and Brandon Crandall; sisters, Margaret Connolly, Debra Foreman and husband William; brother, David "Chip" Larsen and wife Karen; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by granddaughter, Alissa Lynn Grubbs; and brother-in-law, James Connolly. Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E., Warren, PA, on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, and for one hour prior to a funeral service that will be held there at 11:00am on Saturday, April 20, 2024, with Reverend Bill Beatty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial to follow at Weiler Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave., Warren, PA.
