Cora I. Leach, 83, of Warren, Pa., passed away on June 1, 2021, following a brief illness. Cora was born on December 27, 1937, the daughter of the late Bernard and Leona Lyle Briggs. A lifelong resident of Warren, Cora attended Warren Area High School. She was employed at Sylvania as an inspector for over 30 years, from which she retired. Cora enjoyed her family and friends. She was a member of the America Legion Post 135 and a former member of the Eagles Club. She enjoyed playing bingo. Cora is survived by her siblings, Robert Briggs of Warren, PA., Glenn (Barb) Briggs of Youngsville, Pa., and Patricia Orcutt of Warren, PA.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Donald Leach in 2001; Clarence and Jeanette Messenger. A private graveside service will be held at the Pinegrove Cemetery, Russell, PA. with the Rev. Marcus Briggs, officiating.
