Cohen D. Johnson, 3, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026, at home. He was the son of Trista (John) OHarah and Drake Johnson. He was born in Warren, PA, on June 13, 2023.

He enjoyed watching Paw Patrol, telling you about his dinosaurs, singing his ABCs, going to the scrap yard, and playing with his firetrucks and excavators.

He is survived by his mother, Trista (John) OHarah, his father, Drake Johnson; sister, Wrenlee OHarah; maternal grandparents, April and Josiah Wilson; paternal grandparents, Jamie McManigle (Keith Fedorchick) and Daniel Johnson (Cindy Lithgow); and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Cohen was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Jay Holliday, maternal cousin, Tyler Confer; paternal great-uncle, Dillon Edwards, and many more.

Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting the family with their loss. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Youngsville Fire Hall, 29 Fireman Dr, Youngsville, PA, 16371, on Saturday, September 29, starting at 2pm.
