Cindy L. Covell, 67, Warren, PA, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on February 10, 2022.

Cindy was born March 26, 1954, in Titusville, PA, the daughter of the late Paul Covell and Virgie Confer Covell. Cindy was employed at the Warren State Hospital for 35 years as an LPN, from which she retired. Cindy was a member of the Eagles Club and the American Legion Post 135. Cindy loved the color purple and to collect many things. She loved and enjoyed all of her animals. She especially loved her family and friends.

Cindy is survived by her daughter Lisa Bailey and fiancé Mark, of Warren, PA; two sisters, Paula Lyon of Sugar Grove, PA and Sharon Tompkins of Frewsburg, NY; one brother, Kevin Covell and wife Valerie of Sugar Grove, PA; three grandchildren Zachariah, Shelby, and Casey and five great grandchildren Lilly, Emma, Anna, Evelyn, and Josiah; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Cindy is preceded in death by her sister Ruth Norris; a brother, Kerry Covell; and two infant daughters.

A Celebration of Life service will be determined at a later date.
