Christopher Lee Nelson, 44, of Warren, PA, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. Chris was born April 23, 1980, in Warren, the son of Greg and Donna (Williams) Nelson, who survives. He was a 1998 graduate of Sheffield High School. He took Machine tech courses for Cummins Engine, where he worked as a Machine Processing Technician for 15 years. Chris enjoyed hunting and playing softball for multiple Rec Leagues for many years. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and friend to many. In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his wife, Charlie Murphy Nelson, whom he married in 2005; two daughters, Kaydyn and Taylyn Nelson, at home; sisters, Danielle Wagner and husband James of Cherry Grove, PA, and Katie Davis and husband Toby of Pleasant Township; brother, Stephen Nelson and wife Susan of Sheffield, PA and several nieces and nephews.
