Christine Louise Hoskin, 59 of Warren went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Chris was born August 29, 1958, in Warren Pa. She was the daughter of the late L. David and Joyce E. (Ettinger) York.

Chris greatly enjoyed teaching kindergarten at Calvary Chapel Christian School. She loved her church & was formerly a part of the worship team.She also taught Sunday School. In addition to her church and family, Chris enjoyed hunting, fishing and singing.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Hoskin, whom she married June 14, 1986 ; three sons, Joshua Newark ( Janelle) ,Nic Hoskin and Nate Hoskin ; one sister , Kathy York White ( Keith) ; two bothers, David W. York (Phyllis) and Pastor Jeffrey York ( Kim ). Chris also has three grandsons, Landon Newark, Jakob Newark and Jackson Newark.

In addition to her parents, Chris was preceded in death by a son, Jeremiah Newark.

Friends will be received for one hour prior to an 11 Am. Celebration of Life Service at the Calvary Chapel Church, 8160 Market St. Ext., Russell Pa on Saturday December 30 with Chris's brother, Pastor Jeff and Nephew Pastor David York co-officiating.
