Charles "Charlie" Church Frampton, 46, of Warren, PA, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his residence. Charlie was born February 13, 1979, in Warren, the son of the late Charles Richard and Beryl Ruth (Morse) Frampton. Charlie was employed as a Home Health Caretaker. Charlie enjoyed watching horror, vampire, and zombie movies and also loved cooking. Charlie is survived by his husband, Timothy Olson of Warren; mother and father-in-law, Darlene and Dr. Dennis Olson; sister, Tracy Frampton(Dave Barham) of Jamestown, NY; uncle, Homer Frampton of FL; Aunt, Gale Morse of Sheffield; cousins, Amanda Melquist, Lucile Talentinow, John Talentinow, and Keith Haines; and so many loved ones that this newspaper is not big enough to fit the list. In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his sister, Amanda Lynn Frampton; grandparents, Gail and Lucile Morse and Homer and Dorothy Frampton.
