Carol A. Main, 86, of Warren PA, died peacefully surrounded by love on Wednesday April 16 at Warren Manor following a brief illness. Carol was born on January 18,1939, in Warren, PA to the late Gerald and Genevieve Munch Hoffman. Carol graduated from Warren Area High School and spent her working years in many roles: including work at the New Process Company, Allegheny National Fish Hatchery, and assisting a number of families with her loving style of in-home care. Carol was active throughout her life but especially enjoyed time with her family, gardening, cooking and baking, & decorating for any and every holiday. Carol married Robert Merle Main on February 2, 1956, and they were married 66 years before his passing in 2023. Carol is survived by her children Rick Main and wife, Amy, of Warren PA; and Jeffrey Main and wife, D'Ann, of Warren PA; five grandchildren: Jessica, Jamie, Robert, Casey, and Jeremy; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her four sisters: Janice, Joan, Linda, and Gloria, as well as their spouses & families. Carol was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Main, and her son Robert G. Main. Celebration of life services will be held in Carol's memory at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Warren Manor or Warren Cancer Center.
