Carol S. Hosier, 70, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Snyder Memorial Health Care Center, Marienville, PA. Carol was born on December 12, 1952, in Titusville, PA, the daughter of the late Raymond and Glenna (Schneider) Arnold. Carol is survived by her husband, William Hosier; sister JoAn Marshall and husband Burton of North Carolina; brother, Joseph Arnold and wife Linda, also of North Carolina; and aunt, Diane Tremblay of Pleasant Township; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her brother, James Arnold. Friends will be received at First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St., Warren, PA, on Monday, January 30, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:00am, at which time a service will be held with pastor Mike Rutenbur, officiating.
