Carol S. Budd, 82, of Warren, died Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Golden Living-Kinzua Valley.  She was born May 4, 1934 in McKeesport, PA, the daughter of the late Clarence and B.V. Elizabeth (Seigworth) Budd.

Ms. Budd attended Indiana State Teacher's School and received her BA in Library Science from Carnegie Tech Library School. She worked as a librarian and also volunteered at the Warren Public Library and the Warren General Hospital Library. She enjoyed reading, and singing in the choir at the First Presbyterian Church, where she was a member.

In addition to her church family, she is survived by many cousins and friends.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
