Candace Sue Fox, 62, of Warren, PA, passed away following a heart attack on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at her home.  Candie was born September 13, 1952, in Warren, PA. She is the daughter of the late Fred and Betty Meadows.

Candie grew up in Tiona, and later moved to Warren.  She was a 1970 graduate of Warren High School, and had been a manager of Kwik Fill, before retiring due to injury.  She will be most remembered for her light heartedness and a great sense of humor; she truly loved people and making them smile.  She also loved flowers, bowling, and she truly enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Howard D. Fox, whom she married June 13, 1987, in Warren, PA; one daughter, Rozella J. Kelsey, and fiancé, Robert Blakeslee, Jr., of Olean, NY, and one son, Christopher L. Overbeck, and wife, Theresa, of Rew, PA;  two sisters, Bonnie Florcosky, of Cleveland, OH, and Nancy Mealy, of Midland, MI; two brothers, William Meadows, and wife, Darlene, of Sheffield, PA, and Robert Meadows of Tiona, PA; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Candie was preceded in death by her brother, Clinton "Bud" Meadows, and her sister, Karen Natale Jones.

In accordance with Candie's wishes, a funeral service will not be observed.
