IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Beverly
Allison
October 5, 1943 – April 30, 2024
Beverly Allison of Jamestown, New York, formerly Beverly Anderson of Warren, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully, April 30, 2024. Born October 5, 1943, Beverly was the youngest of 11 children. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s she spent time professionally in manufacturing at the Fisher Body Pontiac in Michigan and Loranger of Warren before working at her family's owned diner, the Castle Restaurant. Most notably, Beverly spent much of her career caring for others as a health care professional working at Fenton Park Nursing Home and in private settings. Most affectionately known for speaking her mind and having a no-nonsense attitude. She lived passionately within her world and cared for those around her. She enjoyed her little dogs, playing bingo and going to the slots. Her laughter, stories and presence filled a room, a centerpiece at gatherings. Beverly was a friend, mother, and grandmother to many. She is survived by her five children, Jack Allison of Jamestown, Faith Allison of Jamestown, Randy Allison of Clarendon, Tonya Allison of Dubois, and Donald Allison of Jamestown; seven grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren. IN addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Allison. She was the beloved matriarch, provider, and anchor of her family, which she found to be her greatest accomplishment. Her light will be missed. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA on Sunday May 5, from 6-8 pm and for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there at 11 am on Monday, May 6, with Rev. Bill Beatty, pastor, Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Flowers can be sent to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home of Warren, PA. The family asks that any donations be made to the Rosswell Park Cancer Center, www.roswellpark.org Those wishing to send online condolences may do so by visiting www.petersonblickfuneralhome.com
