Betty L. Beyer, 88, of Warren, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 29, 2015, at her home.  Betty was born July 19, 1926, in Saybrook, PA,  the daughter of the late Harry L. and Lucille Beebe Leafstrom.

Betty was a 1944 graduate of Warren High School.  She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and a long-standing member of the Women's Club.  She loved her family, many friends and her home.  Betty stayed active bowling, golfing and playing bridge, gardening and trips to Sanibel Island, Florida.

She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Vavala, and husband, Anthony, of Warren, PA, and Beth Gilford, and husband, Steven, of Tionesta, PA; two sons, David Beyer, of Valencia, CA, and Timothy Beyer, and wife, Mary, of Warren, PA.

She also has eight grandchildren, Wendy Stala, and husband, Dom, Amber Gammill, and husband, David, Jamie Vavala, and wife, Jackie, Emily Beyer, and husband, Eli Grill, Sarah Ruffner, and husband, Adam, Christian Beyer, and wife, Kimberly, Erik Gilford, and wife, Kim, and Jay Gilford; and twelve great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1992, by her husband, Frederick C. Beyer, whom she married on January 13, 1945.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
