Bertha Rebecca Wiles, 86, of 10 East Harmer St, Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at her residence after a happy, long life, and a brief decline. Becky was born March 17, 1932, In Sherret, PA, the daughter of the late James and Bertha Wolff. She worked many places, but for the most part, she worked alongside her husband and was co-owner of Bob Wiles Butcher Shop. Becky was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, and the St. John's Women of the ELCA, a member of the Quilting Group at St. John's for many years and served on the Board of the TAWC. She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Wiles, whom she married on November 19, 1952 in Chicora, PA; six children: Bill Wiles and his wife Chris Pickering Wiles of Bechtelsville, PA; Ruby Wiles and husband Steve Shaw of Warren, PA; Jim Wiles of Warren, PA; Steve Wiles and wife Nickki Ditonto Wiles of Glen Burnie, Maryland; Tina Jones and husband Don of Pasadena, Maryland; Stan Wiles and wife Lisa of Long Beach, Mississippi; one brother, Arthur "Fat" Wolff of PA; eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren with one on the way; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by two sisters, Sarah and Maude, and five brothers, James, Blaine, Dutch, Oscar, and Lloyd. Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E., Warren, PA 16365, on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 4 to 6 p.m., and for one hour prior to a Funeral Service to be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 200 Pleasant Dr., Warren, PA, at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, May 7, 2018, with The Rev. Susan Scofield, pastor, and The Rev. Jeffery Ewing co-officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 200 Pleasant Dr., Warren, PA 16365, or to Free Books for Kids Town, P.O. Box 565, Warren, PA 16365.
