Barbara G. Meneo, 72, of Warren, PA, passed away at her residence on Monday, August 24, 2026.

She was born on August 3, 1954, in Warren, PA, and was the daughter of James “Jim” and Beatrice "Bea" Bathurst.

Barbara graduated from Warren Area High School in 1972. She worked for the Department of Human Services for most of her career. She used to also work as catering manager at the Holiday Inn, a job she looked back on fondly. Barbara was very strong in her faith in the Lord. She loved to socialize with her family and friends playing cards or sitting around a campfire. Her favorite place to be was anywhere outdoors, especially spotting deer, at the beach, or spending time at the Kinzua Dam, and her children fondly remember camping with her at Dew Drop. Barbara was a big social butterfly and loved to entertain. Above all, Barbara loved her family more than anything. She was affectionately known as “Momma Meneo”, not just to her own children, but to her neighborhood "rent-a-kids". She was a caregiver by nature and a selfless woman.

Barbara is survived by her children, Adam (Laci) Meneo, Eric (Mandy) Meneo, of Warren, PA, and Amanda Meneo, of Hubbard, OH; her grandchildren, Rylan Meneo and Alexander Meneo, and Elizabeth Ciganik and John “Jack” Ciganik IV; her brother, Gerald “Jay” (Mary Anne Craft) Bathurst; an aunt, Shirley Fiero, her niece, Jena (Corey) Seymore and nephew, Michael (Amanda) Meneo, both of Pittsburgh, PA, Chrissy Meneo and David Meneo, several cousins, and her biological family that she recently connected with, Jean Booth, June Holmes, Don Hart, and Bill Hart.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 4pm-6pm on Thursday, August 27, with a memorial service to follow at 6pm, Rev. Allan Jones officiating.
