Anna V. Misulich, 94, of Sheffield, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the Warren Manor. Anna was born May 5, 1920, in Homestead, PA. She is the daughter of the late Marko and Josephine (Cerovac) Walnick.
Anna was a member of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing and embroidery, cooking, puzzles and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by one son, James M. Misulich, and wife, Kathy, of Frisco, TX; her daughter-in-law, Ruth Misulich, of Tiona, PA; one sister, Catherine Magnes; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Misulich, Sr. in 1985; daughter, Jean M. Renwick; her son, Michael J. Misulich, Jr.; grandson, Jamie Pope; and great-great grandson, Dillon Misulich. Also brothers, Nickolas, Ralph, John and Albert; and sisters, Mary, Barbara, Helen and Agnes.
Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave. E., Warren, on Monday, December 29, from 6 to 8 p.m., where a vigil service will be held at 5:45 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 31, at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church, Sheffield, PA, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Fr. John R. Neff, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Sheffield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Avenue, Warren, PA 16365 or the Warren Manor Patient Activity Fund, 682 Pleasant Drive, Warren, PA 16365.
