Obituary

Ann M. Spetz, 90, of Sheffield, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, surrounded by her family. Ann was born on December 9, 1928, to the late Frank and Cecilia (Grein) Wagner, in Pittsburgh. She was a member of the St. Anthony Church in Sheffield, the Lakewood Rod & Gun Auxiliary and the Sheffield VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by her children, Marcia (Jim) Harris, of Warren, Christine (David) Duell, of Sheffield, Cheryl Bullock, of Sheffield, Lisa (Harry) Overbeck, of Sheffield, Jerry Spetz, of Erie, and Thomas (Katie) Spetz, of Warren; her siblings, Francis Wagner, of Edinboro, Louis Wagner, of CA, and Janet Weidner, of Kane; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry M. Spetz, her sister, Cecil Parsons; her son-in-law, James Bullock; and her daughter-in-law, Simone Spetz. Friends will be received from 10-11 am on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. E. Warren, PA 16365. A memorial service will follow at 11 am, Rev. David Duell, pastor of Medina Bible Church, Medina Ohio, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 W Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365, or to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave., Warren, PA, 16365.
