Albert H. Carter's Obituary
Albert H. Carter, 85, of Warren, PA, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Warren General Hospital.
He was born on April 11, 1940, in Warren, PA, to the late Nellie S. (Tremblay) and Frank A. Carter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Myrtle Carter and Frank Carter.
Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc.
